I also am proposing some sites for a few other realtors. Nothing fancy just something for a presence on the web that will get good results in the search engines. So mainly sticking to simple text based pages that load quickly and are easy to navigate. I do plan on expanding to having searchable listings etc..

I am an old fianancial mainframe programmer that has just done web sites as a hobby UNTIL now.

We have several real estate webmasters here that have been great contributors with loads of valuable information for us non technical type REALTORS®.

In turn the webmasters get to hear what the REALTORS® need or want so it has been a great partnership IMHO.

No one person can know it all so the exchange of ideas has been great!
