I am 22yr old guy from India. I don’t have the much knowledge about the real estates dealing in USA. But I am pretty much capable of writing any said functionality and I do believe that I will be able to get some good traffic to this websites As I will be letting the peoples do the listing over here for free or some minimal cost so that there should not be non-serious peoples on the websites and make it hell for the one who are really looking for the good real estate deals for there property. Right now I am just looking at what services I can provide to the peoples all around the globe. So I am including the services which peoples are suggesting me and I do find them good for the community (provided they are really needed).

Another I am making the good number of sub domain for this websites that will operate from the centralized database of the website. And In future if I will be able to make it success and get enough traffic and listings. I will be appointing a administrator for a each sub domain. He/She can be anyone who should be really interested in handling that and will be able to make some money form there. But this is not make me to increase the listing price for real estates, real estate listings etc. So if you have any real advise please feel free to send it to by Clicking Real Estate Listing (http://realestatecut.com)

Looks good but the pricing looks a bit steep to me for a new site which hasn't got the traffic or exposure as sites that have been running for some time.

Maybe to start off you might look to do a trail run for 1 month to get the customers to know the site see the results and want to advertise with you.
