We have a lot of clients in the Southern Oregon area. Anybody else from there?

We've been told that our home is too high priced but when we compare it to others in the near vacinity and the area, it seems to be pretty close to others of similar size and so forth. We wonder if the realtor is not just trying to make it easier for him to move the place and get his commission. We've lowered the price two or three times but the realtor's mantra is always the same: "too high, too high"!

Does anyone else have these problems with realtors or are we the only one's?

well I'm a loan officer but I have seen it happen. Its very important to list your home for the right price to begin with. it'll save you time and headaches. I'm sure some agents want you to lower the price just so they can make their money but at the same time you do what you have to do to sell it. If nobody wants to buy it at one price you might have to lower it. It depends on how long you're willing to let it sit on the market.
