Frankly... I have to ask myself why this Dan Pinto chooses to spend his time teaching other real estate professionals and possible investors how to compete with him. If his methods are really so fabulous, why isn't he too busy practicing these methods himself to bother teaching other people how to do it??? :rolleyes:

Personally I have never heard of Dan Pinto.... I have heard of Mike Pinto.... and like most seminar speakers they only keep thier licenses active to belong to the organizations that they feed upon....at a seminar it is not unusual for a speaker to rake in 10's of thousands of dollars on the regestriation fees, and product sales.
