I thought I would go ahead and post what I can do. If someone needs help finding something like this I will help another loan officer, realtor, or investor get what they need to do this.
680 100% No Doc (1)
620 Stated Income Stated Assets 100% (6)
620 Stated Income Verified Assets 100% lower rate than SISA and also NO Ratio (4)

My intent is to spread the word of how investors can get easy loans to purchase and improve homes to help the community.
With Foreclosure rates being so high and lenders holding homes in excess of 2 years in some cases rehab is needed.
I wish I could do FHA 203K... It is awesome!!!
I do have a 50k minimum conventional Rehab.
Cash back for repairs and escrow holdbacks to complete repairs prime and sub-prime.
