I'm debating if I should add pictures to the blog posts. I don't want people to leave that are on dial up, but I have photos that would enhance the posts.

It is up to you, but I would just add the pictures because there are so few people on dial up now a days. I do at least.

I looked up stats for dial up vs high speed, and you are correct, most US business searches are performed via high speed access.

Interesting, I thought Dial up was still most prominent. Maybe that is only home users...

Think about it from another view as well. The dial up folks probably aren't spending much time on anything, blogs or otherwise. You may be keeping them from visiting but they probably weren't there anyway.

Also are you really marketing people that use dial up? I am not trying to exclude anyone in my search campaigns but my logs show me that just about everyonethat comes to my site is using high speeed. I do not think that peope on dial up are going to spend hours on the net looking at blogs.
