Hi,

My site is up!!! Tell me what you think. Also just so you know we are waiting on our Board to Finish our IDX solutions so that is why i dont have a search function yet. (i know a real estate site is worthless with out it) Anyways tell m what you think about the site. Ways you would improve it. What you would do if you just launched a brand new site ect. (I had SiteTutor build it) Anyways I want all the information you can get me. Thx in advance.

So far so good.

Without me spending too much time on it I thought... I would make sure my name was very obvious, yours isn't.

Also, I would change my Meta title to Cedar City Real Estate and Homes (and drop 'provided by Sam Dodd', no one is searching for your name and if they are well I highly doubt it is a very competitive KWP so you should place #1 for it quite easily by placing it somewhere on the HP 'home page' twice). http://www.cedarcityonline.com

Also, I would change the title to "Welcome to Cedar City Real Estate" and then change the first words in your intro to "Cedar City is one of the fastest..." (dropping real estate there since it doesn't sound right when read out loud.

Also, the picture of you on the left would be a great place to have your name, not Cedar City Real Estate. Especially since the SE's can't read that text since it's a photo.

Also, I would alt text the top left photo to read "Cedar City Real Estate" and change the alt text on the river picture to "Beautiful Cedar City, Utah", or something like that. No need for it to say real estate since it's not a picture of a home for sale and it is not a hyperlink so the SE's wouldn't really give weight to the alt tag like they would the one in the upper left corner that is not currently alt tagged and links to your home page.

All my gripes are with the text I guess... Otherwise, I like the colors and simplicity of it all. Great design! Nicely done Sam!

Thx for your feedback, I will talk to Josh on Friday about your changes. I agree with the first paragraph sounding funny. It is on my list of typos to be fixed.

Anyone else have anything they would like to add? Comments Concerns? If so lets here them. Thx Sam
