you have a good looking site - looks very simple and very nice at the same time.
I have a problem though viewing this page http://www.ginnandshirley.com/search-for-homes.php - I think your iframed mls search is timing out because it shows blank white page right below the header.

P.S. the same with the Featured Homes page

I was having problems with the mls feed yesterday too....seems to be working today.
