This is a rare investment opportunity. There is an attached proposal for an investor to invest with credit not with cash but we do have cash investment opportunities with in this project. We plan to build 109 homes on this proposal. Take a look and PM me.

I find it rather odd, not to mention scary, that a developer would have to resort to posting on internet forums in order to find investors for a project. I wonder what the reasons could be. :rolleyes: (for those unfamiliar, that's a sarcastic smile)

Yeah, you'd have to wonder if a) it's legit or b) it's feasible

One of those has to be a "No".
