It didn't seem to get much press but I noticed The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS © metropolitan area US median home prices have been published for the 3rd Quarter.
Los Angeles-Long Beach-Santa Ana, CA did best with +16.5% for 3-Qtr
Pittsfield, MA came last (out of 153 Metro Areas) with -7.3% for 3-Qtr
Last 12 Months Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale, AZ is still on top with +55.2%
