I have taken a quick look at your site and the first thing I would recommend is ditch the entry flash page. Doesn't work from a search engine perspective and people are tired of Flash entry pages. They want to get to the information as quickly as possible.

Other than that, to soon to tell about the rest as it is still in development.

I agree. Flash Intros=Annoying I did like that you could easily skip it. The rest of the site looks good.
