What is the name of the service that offer's you a toll free number and when you call it takes a message and then automatically forwards it to your email. I was at a real estate investment seminar and we were talking about it, but I forgot the name. Please help this is driving me crazy.

I think that type of service is commonly called "virtual pbx". It also offers multiple mailboxes, incoming fax service with delivery to email, call forwarding and some other features. Some other companies are:

I have done a lot of research for my company and we ended up using www (dot) RingCentral (dot) com , we are VERY pleased and impressed with the service!
