Almost all of my Buyers are coming from Las Vegas and California. Im wondering what strategies I could employ to direct those clients to me. I am building a SEO designed website to rank high in the Search Engines. What other ideas do you have?

Maybe set up a blog for real estate investment: I would create a list of areas that are hot: cedar city being one of them and expand on them. By doing this and blogging you can draw attention from potential investors back to your blog and to your site. Ya we have winter, but its fairly mild here. It snows but rarely sticks. Now in the mountains its a different story. I will go ahead and try the Blog. We will see what happens with it.
