I've heard that they were updating this month, but that it could be a month or so before they update each site.
So far I have seen no change in my existing site and my new site has not been picked up yet.
But best wishes to all that our rankings all go up!

G update is happening.
Saw BL changes for my sites (some have gone up but some went down).
Also, the PR have gone up for 2 of my sites.

After about 9 months of work, Google finally is ranking my website http://www.maureenmegowan.com in most of my key word searchs. Until a few weeks ago, I was not anywhere in my Google search results, but now I rank in the first page of results, often number one! My page rank has also increased to 4. I have taken everyone's recommendations, and continued to add good relevant content to my site, and I now have one of the most extensive real estate agent websites that I have seen. I have had excellent resutls in msn.com for months, but I still do not appear in Yahoo at all!!! Does anyone know why Yahoo seems to take even longer than Google to rank sites?

Bruce,
As you saw from my other post, congratulations. Your hard work is paying off. In regard to Yahoo, I checked your Palos Verdes Estates Real Estate page and I would recommend you add an H1 tag to the text under your logo of Maureen.
By matching the Title Tag with the H1 tag, you are further defining the page for the search engines.
That should help a bit with Yahoo.
Good luck.

For some reason, my website http://www.maureenmegowan.com has dropped off of google searchs completely for my keywords "Palos Verdes real estate". For quite a while, I was on the first page of results, and after the update in February I dropped to page 4, 5, or 6, sometimes page 2, but today I don't even show up. My site comes up on page 1, the first result, for "palos verdes condo", and also shows up on the first page for "palos verdes homes"
Can anyone tell me why all of a sudden Google has dropped me completely for search results for one of my major keyword searchs.?

Google shows only 4 of your pages in its index (site:www.maureenmegowan.com). That's why you have no rankings.
The bigger question now is if your site has been de-indexed because of a penalty or because of a Google glitch. Google has had a problem with indexing as of late. You may want to contact Google (http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/update-jagger-contacting-google/)

Google used to index most of my pages, and now only has 3 of my current pages indexed. If I had been banned, why would they still have my home page indexed? I am also still getting high search engine results for other key word searchs. I don't understand why Google now has a problem indexing my site and dropped most of my previously indexed pages.

I didn't mention anything about a ban. If you had been banned Google would not show any of your pages in their index.
Google has had indexing problems since the Jagger update, and thousands of sites have lost pages in the G index. That's why I suggest you contact Google and see if it is a site penalty or an indexing problem.
Google has also made recent changes to try and better index sites with framed pages. Perhaps that has something to do with it. Has AA made any structural changes to the way they do frames lately? Have you changed your navigation structure recently (new page names)?
Have other AA sites complained of pages being de-indexed?
The most logical explanation is that there is a Google glitch somewhere. But since it could any number of a hundreds of things causing this your best bet is to start by asking Google and reading the AA forums to see if there is a reason or common thread.

This is interesting, after several days of having been dropped in the Google search results for my key words "Palos verdes Real Estate" for my website http://www.maureenmegowan.com, I am back in the search results (page 3). I went to the AA user forum but have not gotten any feedback of others having problems with pages having been dropped, but someone said that the Big Daddy update had a different method of indexing pages and that some sites would notice a drop in indexed pages. AA is supposed to be coming out with their new 4.0 product in six to eight weeks which is supposed to eliminate the frames problem and make their websites more friendly to search engine spyder crawlers.
