I just received an update from Real Estate Marketing Blog (http://houseblogger.typepad.com/houseblogger/) on Birdview and Inman (http://houseblogger.typepad.com/houseblogger/2005/09/mike_kehoe_sent.html) which I though was quite interesting.

Would be nice to see the real numbers and charts though. What do ya'll think?

Interesting information. What I find most interesting is the total lack of knowledge real estate agents have when it comes to the internet. Sound Bites still sell, but those who are willing to dig into the facts and figures find that to be successful on the internet, you have to dedicate an appropriate amount of marketing dollars to achieve the results. Marketing on the Internet is not about the killer application anymore.

It is about investing correctly, and balancing long term and short term needs and goals. Thanks for that information
