Hello from Indianapolis
I'm a real estate investor/landlord/author (The Landlord Chronicles: Investing in Low and Middle Income Rentals) living and working in the Indianapolis, IN area. I own and operate 27 units -- single and multi-family -- in the metropolitan area.
I haven't had an easy road . . . the death of my teenage son and an ensuing divorce precipitated my foray into this career, when I bought a fixer-upper for my daughters and me. But I love what I do and have gotten quite good at it over the years!
I'm excited to be part of this forum and hope to learn from others, and share my knowledge as well.
