How far should you go to please a customer? How far do you think is too far? I want to please my customers but some demands are outrageous.

    Define 'outrageous'.

All service industries usually have pages and pages of 'Terms' that are too long for customers to read.

Services also need to have a condensed list of terms, prominently displayed, and on a single sheet of paper!

If things are clear from the start. There's usually no problem. Just say No.
