    Fantastic job Mr. Cornett.

This should be a mandatory document for all with a site. The point you made concerning "love" is really interesting as I have found the niche is to become a "trusted advisor" and not a companion as you so eloquently point out.

    Once again, Outstanding.

I definitely agree that too many agents use the web site focus on themselves rather than the potential client. I tell my prospective clients that I call that the "Toby Keith School of Marketing" (from his song "I Wanna Talk About Me!").

What a great comparison! Actually as a new realtor I was glad to hear Jim Casey speak as that is what he kept saying too, don't put yourself as the center focus of anything.

I frequently use articles on my web sites and I can say few match the quality of this one. The amount of effort you put into it is apparent throughout. Thank you for sharing it with us.

It is considered wise to stand on the shoulders of giants but foolish to put yourself in front of them.
