Question How to Get Good Link Trades?

    Hello All,

Does anyone know how or where to get good real estate link trades or what the best way to get more traffic is? Just curious to see what everyone else thought... any ideas or experiences would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Default SEO Tips

    1. Google hates broken links. If you delete property that's been sold, and if it's already been found by Google, then next time Google searches for it it won't find it, and will mark your site down. Instead of deleting the page when you've sold property, replace it with new property with the same page name. This way, when Google searches for the page, it will always be there.

    2. Google loves new content. Using the following system, Google will see that the content on the pages it's monitoring is constantly changing.

    3. Google likes links from similar sites. If you find a site similar to yours (but in a different country, or a different part of your own country so it's not a direct competitor) email the site and suggest reciprocal links.

    4. Place the link to the other site from a page on your site full of decent text (not from a page of links) and ask the other site to link back to you in a similar way.

    5. Use keywords. If your site is called homes4you (for example) don't use this as the link text. Get the other site to use the words "Texas Real Estate" (or something similar) and to link those words to your site. Similarly, when linking back you should return the favor by using words like "Homes for sale in London".

    6. Don't use classified adds pages that include everything under the sun. If you're selling real estate Google may penalize links from sites selling cars, kettles, clothes and real estate. Instead, use a free real restate site (for example, real-estate-now lets you use html, photos, and links back to your own site).

    Hope this helps.
