Boise's Ada County Home Prices
Despite the current slump in area housing sales, the median price for a home in Ada County has risen 7% since January to $235K. Although real estate, in general, is slow, the prices in Ada County are not expected to go down due to the desirability of living close to the Boise area. There is still a lot of home and commercial building going forward due to the growth of the city. Boise has been named in the top 10 most desirable cities in the country once again and people continue to flock to it's life style.
