Default Looking for Real Estate Partners in the USA

We are a Real Estate company in the Algarve, Portugal (Europe) and I meet now and then Canadien and people from the States. How is the interest there for buying properties in Europe? The investments here are very attractive but the majority are Irish and English for the moment. Is anyone today working with Europe successfully or are willing to give it a go? We have today partners cross over Europe but no one in the USA. Thanks

    Default Hi. Stefan--SanDiego California here!

Just read your thread as I'm new to the Forum! I was just getting ready to post that I too am looking for partners/investors. I have an impressive collection of opportunities both local and internationally. Some are 50cent on the dollar up to $100,000,000. Please get in contact with me to see what we can create!

Looking forward to talking with you!
    Jody

Yes most US investors are way behind the rest of the world in investing overseas - which is a terrible shame considering the current state of the market.

I'm sure if most investors had bought a property or 2 in dubai, portugal, or bulgaria 12-24 months ago instead of the US they would be much happier right now...

Would love to hear from you both...

Portugal is great, just had a friend buy there and I think his property has already appreciated at least 10-20% and the property is still awaiting final inspection so he can close!!
Even better he was able to get a mortgage based on the new value, which meant no cash out of pocket and got a great rate as he only financed 80% +
