Hi everyone... a lot of you are not familiar with my neck of the woods and a lot of you are... but... we have a brand new resort that is starting it's second phase and could be the last phase called Caldera Springs. This resort is very family friendly right down to the golf park. If any of you have clients or you yourselves are interested please forward an email or private message. Reservations will start on June 6, 2006 and the refundable reservation fee will be $5,0000. Lot selection will take place in late September or there abouts... and closings will be in November.

Caldera Springs is located just outside Sunriver and across the street from famous Crosswater Resort.
