Real Estate Forum (RANKINGS)
This is really interesting what yahoo is doing. Yahoo seems to be ranking almost every thread and post of the forum within the first 3 pages of yahoo.
EXAMPLE TERMS:
"coronado real estate"
"cedar city utah realtor"
"reaching the californians"
"Real Estate Link exchanges"
ect. ect. ect.
Hopefully this creates some traffic and business for all of you.

I'm glad we voted for and implemented one signature per page. Because once this forum gets more of an athorative position, we sure wouldn't want to lose it due to SPAM.
Next perhaps we should limit the number of outgoing links in a signature before we are forced to do a "no index/no follow" tag to save the forum. It's happening to more and more forums lately, I'd hate to see us go to that extreme.
