Why are you NOT using an Affiliate Programs?
This is seriously the easiest and clever way to make passive income. Think about it. If you have a newsletter, email list, website, blog and people click through that link...you make money recommending other "related" real estate products.

Basically, you use your blog, website, or email or foru signature to promote someone else's product in a link. In the link is a code that ties YOU with the the owner of the product that you are promoting. If someone CLICK-THROUGHS your link to their page...and eventually buys their product....you get a commission. Typically, depending on the program, a 50% commission.
