The best way to make money of leads is really to keep them to yourself and harness its value instead of selling them away. Unless of course the leads are of no use. Would it worth anything then? Experienced virtual real estate agents would usually factor in leads as a portion of an asset value in a website that wished to be sold.
ps. I take it that you are a realtor yourself.Real Estate PLR Articles

thanks for the feedback denver. I am a realtor, however I have a friend that owns a site, real estate in nature, that gets 100,000+ visitors a month and they are eagerly looking at ways to monetize it.
Only food for thought..
I also own and run a real estate continuing education site that you find value with.
Many thanksLast edited by adell50; 10-24-2009 at 01:55 PM.

rapport is always a must. for those of us in sales, it is mandatory to build a relationship first and sell second. thanks for the input!
In running my real estate continuing education site, I work very hard to build and nurture relationships!Last edited by adell50; 10-24-2009 at 01:54 PM.

Hi Adell I'm interested about the leads you have. You can PM me. I've been doing business in Santa Cruz Ca for a long time. My properties are Capitola real estate, Rio Del Mar beach homes, Scotts Valley homes, I mean the overall Californian scenic properties in my hand which is Santa Cruz Ca real estate. Eagerly waiting to hear. Nick Brian.

How to Qualify Leads Before Purchase?
Does anyone on here have any suggestions on how to qualify the leads in advance--before you pay someone to provide those leads to you?
How are the leads generated? (I know...a website, but to what are the people on your lead list responding?)Section 8 Pros

Probbaly the best way to sell leads is to know people who would buy them. Start a relationship with the businesses who would buy leads. Start selling to one, then they will probably tell their friends, etc...
