Thread: Recurring Commissions and no cost to you.. other than time

We (RealEstateActive) are actively looking to recruit Sales Reps for our new Real Estate Listings website.
The website is currently under development and we are going to allow Real Estate professionals to list their properties for FREE but there is also an option to become a Featured Member(A flat monthly rate) and have your proerty listings rotated on the top of each page. There are many other features that will be disclosed in the near future as well.
Coming from a sales background I know that one of the most motivating parts of selling is the fact that you can make as much money as you want. (As long as the structure is not capped). Therefore we have set up a commission plan that is above and beyond anything I have ever heard of, courtesy of yours truly.
The way the commission structure will work is that you, the Sales Rep will get 25% commission on each sale for every month that member is enrolled as a Featured Member. EVERY MONTH! So as you keep adding to your Sales, your commissions are compounded and grow at an alarming rate.
To give you an example:
Lets say that each sale is for $25, you would get 25% ($6.25) each month.
If you were to get 100 Sales each month for a whole year (12 months), you would make over $48,750 the first year and as long as you sign up 5 new members each month, you get paid that $48,750 every year.
If you were Sale 100 each month for another 12 continuous months, you would make in excess of over $138,750 and so on... you get the idea.
